Customer Service Commitment

Quick response - queries and order confirmations will be answered within 24 hours (excluding weekends). It is our commitment to delivery goods to you by the critical date.

Returns / Cancellation Policy

At Stephanie Browne we pride ourselves on a high quality standard across the entire line. If items are deemed manifacture faulty they should be returned within 7 days of recipt of order for repair or exchange.

We are happy to offer a 14 day exchange or refund period for all on line orders. If for some reason you are unhappy with the item, we can exchange or refund (not including postage or duties) up to 14 days of purchase.

Refunds and exchanges will be processed on receipt of returned items to our Armadale head office.

Please note that on all exchanges/refunds there will be a $25.00 service charge deducted to cover handling and bank fee's.

Also due to health and saftey regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund any earring's at any stage, unless deemed manifacture faulty.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Please be aware that all the prices are FOB Australia. You will need to add a minium of 20% for shipping/handling and duty fee's that relate to your location.

Placing Orders

We accept orders via fax or email.  Orders placed via the telephone we will still require a written confirmation.

Shipping

Shipping charges are generally $17.00 within Australia $48.00 for overseas deliveries, however this may vary depending on the package weight. Shipping within Australia is generally overnight, our overseas shipping can take 3-7 days. All orders are shipped carefully and our presentation is world class.

Given that Stephanie Browne pieces are handcrafted we ask for as much notice as possible.  Due to the nature of the business Stephanies's keep stock on hand which can be delivered immediately, however if an item is not in stock and requires production time please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

Plating & Colours

Unless specified we produce items per our sample colour pictured.  We like to use a Rhodium finish as it is non-tarnishing, further plating options available are are gold and Antique finish.  Standard pearls are white or ivory, and standard crystals are either Swarovski clear, silver shadow or golden glow.  Changes to the above standards may incur a surcharge of 10% as a min, however are available as a custom order.

Special Orders

Special orders are classified as those that differ in any way from the Stephanie Browne range.  Whilst we are happy to accommodate special orders, a surcharge of 25% will apply unless otherwise quoted.

Repairs

We are happy to carry out repairs free of charge provided the item is returned within 6 months of the purchase date and deemed a manufacturing fault.  A small fee will apply along with postage fees for items returned outside this period or not deemed a manufacturing fault.
