Quick response - queries and order confirmations will be answered within 24 hours (excluding weekends). It is our commitment to delivery goods to you by the critical date.


 All Stephanie Browne pieces that are ordered online can be returned within 2 weeks of purchase to obtain a full refund (not including shipping costs or taxes)

Orders must be packaged well in original box/packaging and returned to 1210 High Street, Armadale, Vic, Australia, 3143

Please add your invoice number in the package and we will refund you in full (not including shipping) please note refunds can take up to 7 days to be processed.

Please note that due to health and safety regulations we can not accept earring back as a refund or exchange. Please select wisely, if earrings prove to be faulty we will offer you a full refund or an exchange.

Faulty pieces

Here at SBA we pride ourselves on a quality product, and exceptional customer service that you would expect from an industry leader. If your piece is faulty or damaged in shipping, we will quickly offer to repair or exchange . Simply touch base with our team, and arrange to send back the product to the address provided above.

Placing Orders

We accept orders via fax or email and online.  Orders placed via the telephone we will still require a written confirmation.



Regular (5-6 business days) - $10 AUD | Express (1-2 business days) - $17 AUD


Regular Airmail (2 weeks) - $25 AUD | Express Airmail (EMS) - $55 AUD

Given that Stephanie Browne pieces are handcrafted we ask for as much notice as possible. Due to the nature of our business we keep stock on hand which can be delivered immediately, however if an item is not in stock and requires production time please allow 2 weeks for delivery. 

Special Orders

Special orders are classified as those that differ in any way from the Stephanie Browne range.  Whilst we are happy to accommodate special orders, a surcharge of 25% may apply unless otherwise quoted.


We are happy to carry out repairs free of charge provided the item is returned within 6 months of the purchase date and deemed a manufacturing fault.  A small fee will apply along with postage fees for items returned outside this period or not deemed a manufacturing fault.
